Vinyl Return Policy
Vinyl records are delicate. For this reason:

Unopened vinyl may be returned within 30 days

Opened vinyl is only eligible for replacement if damaged or defective upon arrival

Manufacturing defects must be reported with photos within 15 days of delivery
If your vinyl arrived warped, cracked, scratched, or misprinted, contact us immediately and we will replace it at no cost.

Apparel Return Policy (Jackets & Tees)
For apparel such as the Can Not Survive Bomber Jacket and A Rare Artist Tee, we accept returns/exchanges for:

Wrong size

Wrong item received

Damaged upon arrival

Manufacturing defects
Apparel must not be washed, worn, or altered.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defect or wrong item received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing time after approval: 5–10 business days

The original shipping cost is non-refundable
If approved, you will receive an email confirming the refund.
