All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, shipping time begins.

Vinyl Records

We offer multiple shipping methods for vinyl depending on quantity and destination. Options include:

  • Economy Air

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS 2nd Day Air

Note: Vinyl is manufactured and shipped as quickly as possible, but large or international orders may require additional time in transit.

For international customers, shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location and products in your cart. Delivery estimates vary by country and carrier, typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.


Customs or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

🚚 Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

If your order appears lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  2. Include your order number and, if damaged, photos of the packaging and item.

 


We’ll work with you and the carrier to replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
