Shipping
Every Swaywai item is made to order. That keeps runs limited and waste low, and it means there is a short production window before your package moves.
Processing time
Orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery estimates
- United States — 3–7 business days after processing
- Canada — 6–14 business days after processing
- International — 10–20 business days after processing
These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, customs, and holiday volume can add time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders over $50 ship free within the United States.
Tracking your order
Tracking is emailed automatically when your label is created. If it's been more than 7 business days and you haven't received tracking, email us at theswaywai@gmail.com with your order number and we'll find it.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it if the order hasn't entered production. After that we can't reroute it.
Customs and import fees
International orders may be charged duties or import taxes by your country. Those fees are set by your government, are not collected by us, and are the customer's responsibility.
