Products

All items are made to order in limited runs. We photograph everything as accurately as we can, but screen colors vary and printed garments can differ slightly from the images shown. Sizing follows the guide on each product page.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by one — you'll be notified and refunded in full if that happens.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment clears and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or a pricing error.

Shipping and returns

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photography, and written content on this site belong to Swaywai and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swaywai's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States.
